BAPTIST
The name "Baptist" was a name borne during times of persecution in England, France, and America in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Originally, "Baptists" were known as "Ana-Baptists" because they "re-baptized" those who professed salvation. Traditionally, Baptists have represented the following core beliefs:
