Summer Internship
What is it?

​The Summer Internship is a ten-week on-site experience of mentorship and practical experience that prepares men for pastoral ministry.

What is the goal?
​
By giving you a broad range of experiences in church ministry and by providing you feedback on your strengths, we aim to cultivate your theological convictions and Christlike character, and to help you discern your next steps toward pastoral ministry.

Who is it for?
​​
The summer internship is for undergraduate men serious about gaining experience in pastoral ministry.
​
What can I expect?
​
Interns will have the opportunity to preach, organize ministry events, assist in various ways, and be mentored by the pastors.​
​
How will I be accommodated and compensated?
​
Housing will be provided, along with a modest stipend and an end-of-summer offering.
​
What is expected of me?
​
You will typically work around 40 hours each week, engage in church events, and adhere to the staff handbook You'll also be expected to take initiative in building relationships, complete reading assignments, and maintain a commendable testimony. ​
